What it is
This workshop draws on Authentic Leadership theory and tested techniques to help you reflect on what it means to be yourself in the workplace, how this comes across to others, and how you can use this to show-up in different situations.

Working on-line, in a safe-space, facilitated by a Management Learning expert, you’ll work closely with your peers to reflect on shared experiences of leading, using dedicated frameworks to develop confidence in your skills as a leader in different contexts.
