How to Lead Places
KNOW-HOW WORKSHOPS
Learning how to lead places and spaces means knowing who’s there and when their needs aren’t being met, but that’s difficult if you think it’s someone else’s job to intervene. This workshop helps you to locate your own experience of working through networks so that you know how to work with and through others.
What it is
This workshop harnesses the principles of Place Leadership theories to empower leaders to take charge in work environments, and intervene when necessary. Learning how this can influence projects and relationships.
What you’ll learn
Contemplating past interventions in the workplace, this course aims to develop your knowledge of how to handle interventions and how this can influence future strategies and projects.
- Know-what the different ways of conceptualising Partnerships are.
- Know-when different opportunities to intervene through Partnerships arise.
- Know-how to apply different Partnership techniques to suit the context.
How it works
Working on-line, in a safe-space, facilitated by a Management Learning expert, you’ll work closely with your peers to reflect on shared experiences of intervening and managing relationships in the professional environment, using dedicated frameworks to develop confidence in your skills as a leader in different contexts.

When I set up Leadership Learning Ltd, I wanted to show professionals how they could use their own experience (leadership practice) to bring about real changes in their workplaces and spaces. Changes that at the frontline, often only they can see (improve outcomes).
