What it is
This workshop draws on Leadership theory, encouraging you to reflect on how you show up as a leader in the workplace, developing your skills in understanding how those around you respond in given scenarios, and how you can democratically navigate these challenges in the workplace.

Develop your policy awareness skills, identifying how people differ in the workplace and how you can effectively manage your responses to democratically lead teams and people towards success.

• Know-what the impact of speaking-up in the workplace can have and how this can differ per person.
• Know-when to communicate and respond to workplace challenges in life with policy.
• Know-how to apply different strategic techniques to lead democratically and cultivate team understanding.

How it works
Working on-line, in a safe-space, facilitated by a Management Learning expert, you’ll work closely with your peers to reflect on how you are perceived in the workplace, using dedicated frameworks to develop confidence in your skills as a leader in different contexts.
